We need you to help create Australia’s Definitive SpagBol Recipe

Your recipe, whichever way you cook it, why you add the weird and wonderful things you do (blackberry jam anyone?), is part of the test. It’s not just a recipe, it’s a reflection of where you’ve come from, how your family ate, how you eat now, the things that influence you and what food means to you. It could be a quick knock up meal with four ingredients, or it could take six hours and have 5 types of meat.

Whatever the case, we want you to tell us about it – each week we will test different submissions and put our favourites on the home page, crunch data on the most popular (or unpopular) ingredients, get real chefs in real restaurants to pick their favourites to test out and before long, you might find that it’s your SpagBol that is the face of the Nation’s dish!
